SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Flat Rate Shipping: $6 USD. We ship US Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate of $6 per domestic order. Orders that total over $395 will ship via FedEx ground with signature confirmation.
We try our best to send out all orders within 7–10 business days. Because our jewelry is handcrafted, there may occasionally be delays in production, but we will inform you if an item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. We are based in Brooklyn, NY and charge 8.875% sales tax for any orders shipped to NY state. We apologize but we are currently unable to ship internationally, please view our list of stores for international retailers.

MATERIALS AND CARE
The inherent nature of metal causes Sterling Silver, Brass, and Bronze to develop a natural patina over time from exposure to oxygen, moisture, and oils in the skin. Enjoy the antiqued patina that develops over time or discourage the process by keeping jewelry clean and dry, storing it in an airtight container. You can restore the luster on the surface using a treated polishing cloth.
Cat Merrick jewelry is designed and handcrafted in New York City. Each piece is handcrafted using the best materials and although we make every effort to ensure the colors and sizes are accurate, there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the materials.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on www.catmerrick.com may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit towards a future purchase. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to returns@catmerrick.com and include your name, the item, and invoice number. We will send you a return form to fill out with instructions for returning your item.


We cannot accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer. Please note that all custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returned merchandise must be in original unworn condition. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
