Slip-cast porcelain is hollow, so the space inside of any figurine is an abstract version of the outside. By casting this negative space, each figurine is abstracted by its own production process, resulting in strange surprises.

By continuing the process of casting the inside of each figure, they are eventually abstracted to nothing.
